The Feast of Stephen
An Emlyn Production

T'was the Feast of Stephen. Bad King Wenceslaus was very unpopular especially amongst the peasants living in the Saint Agnes' Fountain quarter right against the forest fence underneath the mountain.

His PRO advised he should be seen to do something charitable so he could be rebranded as "Good King Wenceslaus".Just then an old man came in sight gathering winter fuel.

"Bring me meat and bring me wine, bring me pine logs hither," the king ordered his long-suffering page boy, "and be quick about it! Never mind that the old geezer lives a good league hence, thou and me shall see him dine. I need the publicity."

Cursing the rude wind's wild lament, the king strode ahead while the boy struggled to carry the goodies through the snow, which was deep - not to mention crisp and even.

"Sire, the night is darker now and the wind blows stronger," pled the page. "My heart fails. I can go no longer."

Do you think the lazy boy should get a whacking?

I am going to tell him to concentrate only on following my footprints and that we will make it.

A good whacking should get the blood flowing properly and all...

"Hither, page, and stand by me
If thou know'st it, telling
Yonder peasant, who is he?
Where and what his dwelling?"
"Sire, he lives a good league hence
Underneath the mountain
Right against the forest fence
By Saint Agnes' fountain."

Or: The Alternative second verse:

Hither, page get over my knee
You are due a spanking.
Yonder peasant he should see
What happens if you're shirking.
So doublet down and take your place,
You know well how to do it.
Accept my spanks with good grace
There's really nothing to...ooo it

I suppose thats one way of warming up your page. Think its a bit too cold for that sort of thing though

Don't worry. If it's too cold, I know an excellent way of warming you up Twisted Evil

Perhaps the page was new and unused to his master's ways.   In my book there are pages and pages, and if you turn over a new page it is the equivalent of turning over a new leaf.

PS. Pity the poor little page - he has an awful lot of faggots on his back.

He shall find the winter's rage freezes his blood less coldly, when I finish dinting his backside with a switch!

Poor lad... methinks his skirt is much too short and it is unlikely that he's wearing any underwear, either...

His little dinky and balls are probably frostbitten already and all... Shocked

Stevie.
