A Jack Production
It's summer vacation, and your 13-year old nephew, Kyle, is spending most of the time with you. Since you mostly work at home, you're able to supervise him and Stan, your 14-year old son. The two of them are generally well-behaved, and they don't require a ton of supervision anymore. You have a few general rules you enforce, but you basically leave them to their own devices, for the most part.
You've actually been doing this for a while, since you were able to start working at home. Kyle doesn't live extremely close by, but the two boys have been close friends all their lives - they've learned a lot of things together, spent a lot of time playing together, gotten into a ton of mischief together, and have earned many a sore bottom together. During the school year, you have started using restrictions more, but during the summer, it seems easier just to bust a boys butt, and let them get back to business. That doesn't mean you wouldn't use a restriction or even ground them, but that would be the nuclear option at this time of year.
While the two boys always (almost?) get along, they do have one very bad habit. They love to wrestle.

You used to put up with it, but last summer, they broke a very nice lamp, and you took a lot of heat for not controlling them. At that point, you made it clear that they were not allowed to wrestle in the house. You soon amended that so they could wrestle in the bedroom they shared, but with the understanding that you wouldn't replace anything that was broke.
They started taking it outside after that.
There was a tropical storm in the area this week, and the boys have been stuck inside for three days now. Both of the boys are extremely active (close to hyper), and it's been grating on them. You've taken a bit of time away from work to help them stay busy, and you even drove them around to a couple of activities. Still, you have work you have to do, so you're in your office when you hear a loud noise.
When you walk in, it looks like Kyle was pinning Stan, and Stan was trying to kick out when it occurred. Fortunately, it's just a cheap table, and there was nothing breakable on it. You're sure you reminded the boys about the 'no wrestling in the house' rule when vacation first started. They don't deny it, but say they were just bored.
Are you going to award the victory to Kyle, or is it time to have both of them kicking?
