You go outside, planning to murder whichever of your sons is pulling this stunt, despite your repeated warnings (or at least ground them from their car for a few days as a reminder). When you get outside, you find it's not one of your actual, currently living with you boys. Instead, it's Blake.
Blake has lived with you before, both when he's 'run away from home' after a fight with his parents, and when the parents have been out of town. He calls you uncle, and the two of you love each other like he's actual family. He's also fairly submissive with you, and you've blistered his bottom numerous times over the years.
Like your boys, Blake has been warned about booming the bass like that, and the fact that he's doing it this late, when he should know a lot of people are probably asleep, is very frustrating to you.
Assuming that Blake won't fight you if you decide he's in trouble, and that his parents will support or enforce any decision you make, but also assuming they're probably asleep tonight, what do you say to Blake? For the record, he's headed home from a date, but he left his school work at your house last night, and he was going to pick it up if someone was still awake.
